Option II - Up to six sessions of one-to-one support delivered on or off-site, often provided alongside group work and activities.
Option I - Information and resources on a range of drug, alcohol and lifestyle issues. Brief interventions delivered by tier-one trained staff and volunteers.
Option III - Up to nine sessions of one-to-one support over twelve weeks, accompanied by group activities. Delivered alongside other services as required.

Referrals to Lifeline BaSIS - We accept referrals from a range of organisations, professionals and from individuals themselves. To make a referral, or for more information, please visit our Contact Us page.
Screening & Assessment - Our screening process will determine the suitability of the individial for our support, and help to identify their personal needs and the priority according to which they may need to be addressed.
Outcomes - Local outcome measures will demonstrate individual progress following each support session, with an emphasis on celebrating success and positive achievements.
